The Marketing Analyst will be responsible for completing an in-depth analysis of customer data to identify and report on key points that drive the development and execution of the lifecycle marketing strategy; identify, analyze, and report on campaign performance and customer trends/patterns; leverage analysis to develop effective strategies; maintain an ongoing understanding of industry standards and best practices to identify and implement process and system improvements; oversee the ongoing campaign development, execution, and management, including but not limited to email and SMS marketing, customer segmentation, A/B test planning, and other key performance metrics.
